Ekoköyde bir sağlık yapısı örneği: Kıbrıs büyükkonuk aile sağlığı merkezi projesi

Abstract

Günümüz yapı teknolojinin geldiği son nokta ile enerji tüketimindeki küresel artış enerji kaynakları konusundaki endişeleri arttırmaktadır. Dünyadaki küreselleşme, büyüyen ekonomi yelpazesi ve yaşam standartlarındaki gelişmelerle artan talepleri mevcut doğal kaynaklarla karşılama ihtimali de giderek azalmaktadır. Özellikle dünyanın geleceği açısından doğal kaynakların tehdit oluşturacak düzeyde azalıyor olması yeni enerji kaynakları arayışına ve mevcut kaynakları koruma konusuna dikkatleri çekmektedir. Bu nedenle, doğal kaynakları korumaya yönelik politikalar yapı sektöründe de görülmektedir. Dünyada bu konudaki olumsuz gelişmeler karşısında, geleceğin yapı sektörü aktörleri olarak öğrencilerin; tasarım ve uygulama süreçlerinde sürdürülebilirlik ilkelerinin farkındalığında olması ekolojik tasarım, eko-köy yaklaşımları ile çevreyi koruma ve iyileştirme çabalarını görmeleri eğitimleri açısından önem taşımaktadır. Özellikle mimarlık ve iç mimarlık öğrencilerinin teorik olarak elde ettikleri bilgileri, Tasarla-Yap çalıştayları ile deneyimlemeleri mimarlık ve iç mimarlık eğitiminin ana amaçları arasında yer almaktadır. Bu bağlamda; mimarlık ve iç mimarlık öğrencilerine çevre dostu yaklaşımlarla birlikte tasarım ve uygulama pratiğinin saha ölçeğinde deneyim kazandırılması üzerine tasarım eğitimine katkı sağlanması hedefi ile bu çalışma yürütülmüştür. Dünyada tescillenen eko- köylerden biri olan Kıbrıs Büyükkonuk Ekoköyü için hazırlanan Aile Sağlığı Merkezi Projesinin, eğitim sürecine entegre edilmiş bir mesleki pratik çalışma örneği olarak, tasarım süreci ve uygulama detayları aktarılmaktadır. Bu kapsamda; halihazırda onaylanmış olan KKTC Büyükkonuk Ekoköy’ ü yerleşkesi dahilinde gözlem, yerinde saptama, atölye çalışmaları ve resmi görüşmelerin yapıldığı saha ile tasarım çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Makalede; ekoköyde sağlık yapısı-iklim denkleminde geliştirilen uygulama projesi süreci ele alınmaktadır.The global increase in energy consumption with the latest point of today's building technology raises concerns about energy resources. With the globalization in the world, the growing economy and the developments in living standards, the possibility of meeting the increasing demands with available natural resources is gradually decreasing. The fact that natural resources are decreasing at a level that poses a threat especially for the future of the world draws attention to the search for new energy resources and the issue of protecting existing resources. For this reason, policies aimed at protecting natural resources are also seen in the construction sector. In the face of these negative developments for all the world, students as actors of the future construction sector; Being aware of the sustainability principles in the design and implementation processes is important in terms of their education. It is among the main objectives of architecture and interior architecture education that the students of architecture and interior architecture experience the theoretical knowledge they have acquired through Design-Build workshops. Within this scope; this study was put into practice with the aim of contributing to design education by providing the students of architecture and interior architecture with experience of design and application practice on a field scale along with environmentally friendly approaches. The design process and details of the Büyükkonuk Ecovillage Primary Care Clinic Project, which is in the list of registered eco villages in the world, are presented as an example of a professional practice integrated into the education process in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. In this context; Within the currently approved TRNC Büyükkonuk ecoköy campus, a design study was carried out with the field where observation, on-site detection, workshops and official meetings were held. In the article; This as-built project process, which was developed in the eco-village-health structure-climate equation, is discussed.
