dc.description.abstractA75?year?old man with a history of ischemic cardiomyopathywith an ejection fraction of 30% was referred for ablation ofrecurrent ventricular tachycardia (VT). Transthoracic echo-cardiography showed an extensive infero?apical aneurysm.Electroanatomic mapping of the endocardium revealed extensivedense scar extending from the base toward the apex along theinferior and lateral walls.
