Soft metal ve konvansiyonel yöntem ile hazırlanmış tek ve çok üyeli metal altyapıların; marjinal ve iç uyumunun in vitro olarak incelenmesi

Abstract

Bilgisayar destekli tasarım ve bilgisayar destekli üretim (CAD / CAM) tekniği, 1980'lerden beri seramik restorasyonları üretmek için kullanılmıştır. Bununla birlikte, hava kabarcıkları ve ölçü malzemelerinin deforme olması (büzülme veya genleşme gibi), protezin uyumunu etkileyerek alçı dökümün oluşturduğu problemlerin de önüne geçilmiştir. Marjinal ve iç uyumun belirlenmesi protezin uyumunu değerlendirmek için önemli bir ölçümdür. Sabit protezlerde marjinal ve iç uyumun başarısından altyapılar sorumludur. Çalısmamızın amacı konvansiyonel yöntemle elde edilmiş metal altyapılar , bilgisayar destekli tasarım ve bilgisayar destekli üretim (CAD / CAM) tekniği ile elde edilen soft metal altyapıların marjinal ve iç uyumunun karşılaştırılması , metal altyapı üye sayısının değişmesi ile birlikte bu metal alt yapıların marjinal ve iç uyumundaki değişimlerin karşılaştırılmasıdır. Araştırmamızdan elde edilen sonuçlara göre üye sayısı arttıkça marjinal ve iç uyumda değişimler meydana gelmektedir, üye sayısı arttıkça restorasyonların uyumları azalmaktadır. Çalışmamızda elde edilen sonuçlara göre, kıyaslanılan tüm metal üretim teknikleri, restorasyon üye sayısı gözetmeksizin, klinik olarak kabul edilebilir değerlere sahiptir.Computer aided design and computer aided manufacture (CAD/CAM) techniques have been using for producing ceramic restorations since 1980. At the same time, this procedure avoid the problems of plaster cast because of air bubbles and deformation of the impression material (contraction and expansion) which affect the adaptation of the prosthesis. Consideration of mariginal and inner adaptation is an important measurement for the prosthesis' adaptation. Substructers are responsible for the success of mariginal and inner adaptation in fixed dental prosthesis. The purpose of this study is comparing conventionally designed metal substructers' and computer aided design and computer aided manufacterly (CAD/CAM) designed soft metal substructers' mariginal and inner adaptation and comparing the change in mariginal and inner adaptation with the change in number of metal substructer unit. According to the results obtained from our research, as the number of members increases, changes occur in marginal and internal fit. As the number of members increases, the fit of restorations decreases. According to the results obtained in our study, all compared metal production techniques have clinically acceptable values regardless of the number of restoration members.
