Wolf’un izotopik yanıtı: İki olgu sunumu ve literatürün gözden geçirilmesi

Abstract

Wolf’un izotopik yanıtı, iyileşmiş herpetik enfeksiyona bağlı deri hastalığının tam yerinde sonradan meydana gelen, önceki hastalık ile ilişkisi olmayan, yeni bir hastalığının ortaya çıkmasıdır. Deride iyileşen herpes zoster sonrası meydana gelen birçok deri lezyonu tarif edilmiştir. Biz burada, herpes zoster sonrası kaşıntılı lezyonları meydana gelen iki olguyu sunduk. Histopatolojilerinde; hiperkeratoz, hipergranüloz, düzensiz akantoz, kolloid cisimcik, bazal hücre dejenerasyonu ve üst dermiste bant benzeri kronik inflamatuvar infiltrat gözlendi. Bu bulgular liken planus ile uyumlu idi. Bu olgu sunumunda, Koebner fenomeni ve Wolf’un izotopik yanıtından bahsederek literatürü gözden geçirdik.The term 'Wolf isotopic response' describes the occurrence of a new, unrelated disease that appears at the same location as a previously healed herpetic infection. Several types of cutaneous lesions have been described to develop within resolved cutaneous herpes zoster lesions. Herein, we report two patients presenting with multiple itchy skin lesions at the site of healed herpes zoster. Histopathology revealed hyperkeratosis, hypergranulosis, irregular acanthosis, a colloid body, basal cell degeneration, and an upper dermal band-like chronic inflammatory infiltrate and these findings were consistent with lichen planus. In this case report, we mentioned about Koebner phenomenon and Wolf isotopic response and reviewed the literature.
