Abstract

Gebelikte koagülasyon faktörlerinin artmasıyla birlikte doğal antikoagülanlar ve fibrinolitik aktivite de azalma olmaktadır. Ayrıca büyüyen uterus nedeniyle venöz dönüşün artması, artmış östrojen ve progesteron nedeniyle oluşan venöz atoni ve mobilizasyonun azalması tromboz eğilimi arttırmaktadır. Gebe bir kadında derin ven trombozu tanısı için doppler ultrasonografi, kompresyon ultrasonografi veya kontrast venografi kullanılmaktadır. Tedavide antikoagülasyonlar önemli bir yere sahiptir.
