Erişkinlerde acil enfeksiyon hastalıkları

Abstract

Bu derlemede, erişkinlerde sepsis, akut menenjit, herpes enefaliti, nötropenik ateş, akut pnömoni, falsiparum sıtması, tetanoz, kolera ve diğer acil enfeksiyon hastalıkları ele alınmıştır. Acil enfeksiyon hastalıkları, hızla teşhis edilip tedavi edilmezse hastaya önemli zarar veren durumlardır. Acil enfeksiyon hastalıklarında, zamanında uygun antimikrobik tedaviyi verebilmek için etkenin hızlı ve doğru şekilde belirlenmesi gerekir.In this review, we have discussed sepsis, acute meningitis, herpes encephalitis, acute pneumonia, neutropenic fever, falciparum malaria, tetanus, cholera and other infectious disease emergencies in adults. Infectious disease emergencies are serious injuries to the patient if they are not diagnosed and treated quickly. Rapid and accurate identification of the causative agent is needed to provide timely antimicrobial therapy for emergent infectious diseases.
