Impaired brain in neurodegenerative disorders: A neurodynamic approach

Abstract

Neurodegenerative processes in the brain are associated withpathophysiology causing axonal dysfunction, neuronal loss, and brainatrophy. They are also related to abnormal brain electrical activitywhich can be recorded with Electroencephalography (EEG). Thissymposium aims at presenting novelfindings enlightening theabnormalities in the EEG of patients with different neurodegenerativedisorders.
