Nişancılık müessesesinin tarihi ve Osmanlı idare sisteminde nişancının rolü

Abstract

Nişancılık, Osmanlı bürokratik sisteminde Kalemiye sınıfı içerisinde önemli fonksiyonlar icra etmektedir. Tarihsel süreç içerisinde Hz Peygamber, Emeviler, Abbasiler, Büyük Selçuklular, Anadolu Selçukluları, İlhanlılar ve Memlükler dönemlerinde de Nişancılık müessesesine benzer görevler üstlenen birimler bulunmaktaydı. Bu çalışma Nişancılık müessesesinin uygulandığı dönemler, Nişancının seçilmesi ve görevlerinin araştırmayı amaçlanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Nişancılığın tarihsel süreç içerisinde en parlak dönemlerinden 19. yy’da lağvedilmesine kadar olan süreç betimleyici yöntemle incelenecektir.The Ottoman post Nişancı performs a vital role within the Kalemiye class in the Ottoman bureaucratic system. As we follow back to the history, during the Prophet, Umayyads, Abbasids, Great Seljuks, Anatolian Seljuks, Ilkhanids, and Mamluks, we encounter similar institutional mechanisms. Thus, These study aims to explore the nişancı’s formal status, its occupants in the historical period, and the formal process for becoming a nişancı. Thus, from the most influential periods of its time to the 19. century that the nişancılık is dissolved will be evaluated by using the descriptive method.
