Sağlıklı yetişkin bireylerde fiziksel aktivite danışmanlığı programının uygulanması

Abstract

Çalışmamızda uzaktan çalışan bireylere fizyoterapist gözetiminde telerehabilitasyon temelli fiziksel aktivite danışmanlığı (FAD) uygulanarak fiziksel uygunluk, depresyon, uyku kalitesi, yaşam kalitesi (YK) ve FA düzeyleri üzerindeki etkileri belirlemek amaçlandı. Çalışmamıza dahil edilen 18-65 yaş arası 48 sağlıklı yetişkin birey, çalışma grubu (ÇG; n=24) ve kontrol grubu (KG; n=24) olarak randomize edildi. ÇG'ye 8 hafta boyunca video-konferans (VK) yöntemiyle FAD uygulandı, KG'ye ise FA'nın faydaları hakkında bilgilendirme yapıldı. Katılımcıların demografik bilgileri kaydedildi. Tüm katılımcılara çalışmanın başlangıcı, 1. ve 2. aylarda Egzersiz için Uzman Bazlı Değerlendirme ve Danışmanlık (EUDD) Skoru, Fiziksel Aktivite Hazırlık Anketi (FAH-A), Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi Kısa Formu (UFAA-KF), Pittsburgh Uyku Kalitesi İndeksi (PUKİ), Beck Depresyon Ölçeği (BDÖ), Dünya Sağlık Örgütü YK Ölçeği Kısa Formu (DSÖYK-KF) çevrim içi anketler aracılığıyla uygulandı, fiziksel uygunluk düzeyleri VK sırasında Plank, Curl Up, Modifiye Push Up ve Squat Testleri ile değerlendirildi. Çalışma öncesi ve sonrası pedometre ile adım sayıları kaydedildi. ÇG'de 2. ayda tüm fiziksel uygunluk testlerinde iyileşme görülürken, KG'de Curl Up hariç diğer testlerde iyileşme oldu (p<0,05). ÇG'de 2. ayda fiziksel sağlık, sosyal ilişkiler ve çevre YK alt boyutları, BDÖ skoru ve UFAA-KF ile belirlenen çok aktif olma durumlarında artış (p<0,05), PUKİ, öznel uyku kalitesi, uyku latansı, uyku bozukluğu, uyku ilacı kullanımı ve gündüz işlev bozukluğu skorlarında azalma meydana geldi (p<0,05). KG'de ise UFAA-KF, adım sayısı, DSÖYK-KF, BDÖ ve PUKİ düzeylerinde iyileşme görülmedi (p>0,05). Bu çalışma ile uzaktan çalışan bireylere yönelik planlanan telerehabilitasyon temelli FAD'nin etkili olduğu görüldü.In our study, it was aimed to determine the effects on physical fitness, depression, sleep quality, quality of life (QoL) and PA levels by applying telerehabilitation-based physical activity counseling (FAC) to individuals working remotely under the supervision of a physiotherapist. Forty-eight healthy adult individuals aged 18-65 years included in our study were randomized into the study group (SG; n=24) and the control group (CG; n=24). FAC was applied to SG by videoconference (VC) method for 8 weeks, and CG was informed about the benefits of FA. Demographic information of the participants was recorded. All participants were given the beginning of the study, Physician-based Assessment and Counseling for Exercise Score (PACE), Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQ-SF), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), World Health Organization Short Form of QoL Scale (WHOQoL-SF) were administered through online questionnaires at the 1st and 2nd months, the physical fitness levels were assessed by applying Plank, Curl Up, Modified Push Up and Squat Tests during VC. Before and after the study, step count was recorded with a pedometer. While there was improvement in all physical fitness tests in the 2 months in SG, except the Curl Up the other tests improved for CG (p<0.05). Physical health, social relationships and environment QoL dimensions, BDI scores and the vigorous activity level of the participants determined by IPAQ-SF increased (p<0.05), PSQI, subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep disturbance, use of sleeping pills and daytime dysfunction scores decreased (p<0.05) at 2 months for SG. No improvement was observed in the IPAQ-SF, step count, WHOQoL-SF, BDI and PSQI scores for CG (p>0.05). In this study, it was seen that telerehabilitation-based FAD planned for individuals working remotely was effective.
