Kök hücre nakli sonra uygulanan motivasyonel görüşmenin cinsel yaşantı, cinsel özbilinç ve cinsel öz yeterliğe etkisi

Abstract

Randomize kontrollu? c?alıs?ma deseninde yu?ru?tu?len bu c?alıs?manın amacı, kök hücre nakli sonrası uygulanan motivasyonel görüşmenin cinsel yaşantı, cinsel öz-biliç ve cinsel öz yeterliğe etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Aras?tırma, Mayıs 2017- Şubat 2019 tarihleri arasında, İstanbul'da özel bir hastanede kemik ilği nakli ünitesinde kök hücre nakli yapılan hastalar ile yu?ru?tu?lmu?s?tu?r. Aras?tırma o?rneklemini 31 mu?dahale ve 31 kontrol olmak u?zere 62 hasta olus?turmaktadır. Aras?tırmacı, mu?dahale grubu hastalarına ilki taburcu edildikleri gün yu?z yu?ze, sonraki 2. ve 3. görüşmeler ise taburculuk sonrası 1.hafta ve taburculuk sonrası 1. ay olmak üzere olmak u?zere toplamda üç kez motivasyonel go?ru?s?me temelli danıs?manlık hizmeti vermis?tir. Kontrol grubu hastalarına rutin taburculuk eğitimi dışında dıs?ında herhangi bir giris?im uygulanmamıs?tır. Araştırmanın sonunda araştırmanın etik yönü nedeni ile kontrol grubuna son test sonrası motivasyonel görüşme uygulanmıştır. Aras?tırma verilerinin toplanmasında, "Sosyodemografik ve Cinsellik O?zelliklerine I?lis?kin Veri Toplama Formu", "Arizona Cinsel Yaşantılar Ölçeği", '' Cinsel Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği''ve "Cinsel Öz- Bilinç Ölçeği" kullanılarak aras?tırmacı tarafından yu?z yu?ze go?ru?s?me yo?ntemiyle toplandı. Aras?tırma verileri, aras?tırmanın ilk gu?nu? ve taburculuk sonrası 1. ayda toplanmıştır. Araştırma da elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilirken, istatistiksel analizler için IBM SPSS Statistics 22 (IBM SPSS, Türkiye) programı kullanıldı. Araştırmaya katılan 62 hastanın 29'u 40 yaş altı iken, 33'ünün 40 yaş ve üzeri olduğu, 27'sinin erkek hasta, 35'inin kadın hasta olduğu ve yapılan nakil türüne bakıldığında 29'u allogeneik, 33'ü ise otolog hücre nakli olan hastalara yapıldığı saptanmıştır. Aras?tırma sonunda verilerin değerlendirilmesine bakıldığında motivasyonel görüşmenin cinsel yaşantı üzerine etkisi olduğu bulunurken, cinsel öz-bilinç ve cinsel öz-yeterlik üzerine anlamlı bir farklılık yaratmadığı saptanmıştır.

The aim of this study, which was conducted in a randomized controlled study design, was to determine the effect of motivational interview performed on stem cell transplantation on sexual experience, sexual self-awareness and sexual self-efficacy. The study was conducted with patients who underwent stem cell transplantation in a bone marrow transplantation unit in a private hospital in Istanbul between May 2017 and February 2019. The study sample is consisted 31 patients and 31 controls. The researcher provided motivational interview-based counseling services to the intervention group patients three times, the first on the day of discharge, the second and third interviews on the first week after discharge and the first month after discharge. No intervention other than routine discharge training was applied to the control group patients. At the end of the research, motivational interview was applied to the control group after the last test due to the ethical aspect of the research. In the collection of research data, Data Collection Form on Sociodemographic and Sexuality Characteristics, "Arizona Sexual Experiences Scale", Sexual Self-Efficacy Scale ve and "Sexual Self-Consciousness Scale, which was prepared by the researcher by searching the relevant literature and containing the descriptive information of the patients using face to face interview method. Data were collected on the first day of the study and at the first month after discharge. Research findings obtained in evaluating IBM SPSS Statistics 22 for statistical analysis (SPSS IBM, Turkey) programs were used. Of the 62 patients who participated in the study, 29 were under 40 years old, 33 were 40 years and over, 27 were male, 35 were female, and 29 were allogeneic and 33 were autologous cell transplantation which was made. At the end of the study, it was found that while motivational interviewing had an effect on sexual experience, it did not create a significant difference on sexual self- awareness and sexual self-efficacy.
