Koroner anjiyografi uygulanan hastaların işlem öncesi ve sonrası uyku süresi ve uyku kalitesinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma koroner anjiyografi uygulanan hastaların işlem günü ve sonrası uyku süresi ve uyku kalitesini belirlemek amacıyla tekrarlı ölçümlü kesitsel tipte olarak yapıldı. Çalışma Ekim- Aralık 2021 tarihleri arasında bir üniversite hastanesinin Anjiyo Müşahede biriminde takip edilen ve ilk kez anjiyo olmuş bireyler ile gerçekleştirildi (n=144). Veriler, Bireysel Özellikler Formu, Richards–Campbell Uyku Ölçeği, Uyku Süresi İzlem Formu ve anjiyo sonrası uyku kalitesinin izlemine ilişkin Memnuniyet Anketi kullanılarak elde edildi. Çalışmadan elde edilen veriler lisanslı bir paket program ile analiz edildi. Çalışmada Richards- Campbell Uyku Ölçeği?puan ortalamaları işlem günü 60,88±22,69, birinci gün 70,85±22,74, üçüncü gün 72,44±16,67 ve yedinci gün 74,99±17,7 olarak bulunurken, işlem günü uyku ölçeği puanlarının diğer günlere göre düşük olması ve yedinci gün uyku ölçek puanının birinci ve üçüncü güne göre yüksek olması istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu (p<0,05). Uyku süresi ortalaması incelendiğinde ise, işlem günü 5,74±1,81, birinci gün 6,66±2,04, üçüncü gün 6,51±1,28 ve yedinci gün 6,4±1,44 olarak bulundu. İzlem dönemleri arasındaki değişim incelendiğinde, işlem günü uyku süresinin diğer ölçüm zamanlarına göre düşük olmasının istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu belirlendi (p<0,05). Çalışmaya katılan hastaların işlem gününden yedinci güne kadar uyku aktivitesinin hemşire tarafından izlemine ilişkin memnuniyet düzeyi ortalaması 9,92±0,32 olarak?belirlendi. Sonuç olarak, hastaların işlem öncesinden başlayarak uyku aktivitesinin etkilendiği, işlemden sonra yedinci güne kadar işlem ya da tedavi sürecine ilişkin uyku kalitesinin etkilendiği belirlenirken taburculuk sonrası izlem ile ilişkili memnuniyetlerinin yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Koroner anjiografi olacak hastaların yaşayabileceği uyku problemlerinin erken tanılanması ve gerekli hemşirelik girişimlerinin planlanmasına bu sonuçların yol gösterici olması öngörülmektedir.This study was conducted in a cross-sectional type with repeated measurements to determine the sleep duration and sleep quality of patients who underwent coronary angiography on and after the procedure. The study was carried out with individuals in the Angio Observation unit of a university hospital between October and December 2021 and had angiography for the first time (n=144). Data were obtained using the Individual Characteristics Form, the Richards–Campbell Sleep Scale, the Sleep Duration Monitoring Form, and the Satisfaction Questionnaire for monitoring sleep quality after angiography. The data obtained from the study were analyzed with a licensed software package. In the study, Richards-Campbell Sleep Scale mean scores were found to be 60.88±22.69 on the procedure day, 70.85±22.74 on the first day, 72.44±16.67 on the third day and 74.99±17.7 on the seventh day. It was found statistically significant that the sleep scale scores on the day of the procedure were lower than the other days, and the sleep scale score on the seventh day was higher than the first and third days (p<0,05). When the average sleep duration was examined, it was found that it was 5.74±1.81 on the procedure day, 6.66±2.04 on the first day, 6.51±1.28 on the third day and 6.4±1.44 on the seventh day. When the change between the follow-up periods was examined, it was determined that the sleep duration on the day of the procedure was lower than other measurement times, which was statistically significant (p<0,05). The mean satisfaction level of the patients participating in the study regarding monitoring of sleep activity by the nurse from day of the procedure to the seventh day was determined as 9.92±0.32. As a result, it was determined that the sleep activity of the patients was affected starting before procedure, and the effect on the sleep quality of the procedure or treatment process continued until seventh day after procedure. It is anticipated that these results will guide the early diagnosis of sleep problems that may be experienced by patients who will undergo coronary angiography and the planning of necessary nursing interventions.
