Kurumsal sorumluluk faaliyetlerinin çalışanların algısı ve örgüt bağlılığı üzerindeki etkisi: Özel bir hastane grubu çalışanlarına yönelik bir araştırma

Abstract

Günümüz dünyasında önemi her geçen gün artan kurumsal sorumluluk üzerine çok fazla çalışma bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmalarda ise genellikle kurumsal sorumluluğun örgüt performansı üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Kurumsal sorumluluğun çalışanların örgütsel bağlılığı üzerindeki etkisini tespit etmeye yönelik çalışmalar ise oldukça sınırlı sayıdadır. Yapmış olduğumuz bu çalışmada çalışanların kurumsal sorumluluk algılarının örgütsel bağlılıklarına olan etkisinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda özel bir hastanede çalışanlar üzerinde anket yoluyla veriler toplanmıştır. Çalışmaya 81'i kadın, 21'i erkek olmak üzere toplam 102 kişi dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen verilerin analizi neticesinde çalışanların kurumsal sorumluluk algıları ile örgütsel bağlılıkları arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

There are a lot of studies on corporate social responsibility that has been gaining importance day by day today's world. In these studies generally the impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational performance has been investigated. On the other hand, the studies carried out to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility on organizational commitment are not enough. In this study the determination of the impact of employee perception about corporate social responsibility on organization commitment has been aimed. The data has been collected with questionnaire from the employees working in a private hospital. A total of 102 employees including 81 female and 21 male were included into the study. The data obtained from the study has been analyzed with SPSS. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from the study it has been determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between the corporate responsibility perception and organizational commitment.
