Introduction & Objectives: The use of Scrotal Ultrasound (SUS) has resulted in increased detection of indeterminate testicular lesions, resulting in a clinical and management challenge. The gold standard of treatment has been radical orchidectomy. However, contemporary data suggests >30% of radical orchidectomies for suspected cancer have benign histology.
